Biographical Information:
Annette Murray, Shareholder at Wilkin & Guttenplan, P.C., joined the firm in 1984. Annette specializes in servicing closely-held businesses, common interest realty associations (CIRAs) and the real estate industry. For closely-held businesses, Annette provides audit, compilation, review and miscellaneous consulting services. Annette's experience in not-for-profits includes a scholarship foundation for universities and single audits. Her client base in the real estate industry includes a number of large community associations, various HUD projects, low-income tax credit projects, assisted living facilities, senior citizen housing projects and owners of residential housing.
Annette is the director of the firm's accounting and auditing department. Annette coordinates all the firm's continuing professional education courses. In addition, she is the director of the firm’s quality assurance processes.
