Biographical Information:

Ed Wilkin co-founded Wilkin & Guttenplan, P.C. in 1983. Ed focuses his practice on providing business and accounting advice to principals of closely-held businesses and professional and medical practices. For those clients, he has prepared numerous business plans, bank financing proposals, and recommendations for the establishment and improvement of both administrative and accounting systems and controls.

Ed's extensive real estate practice includes numerous clients in the residential and commercial rental, construction and CIRA real estate industries. He has over 30 years experience in all facets of CIRA accounting and consulting. Ed has also developed and managed commercial office space.

Ed's expertise in litigation support includes business valuations, matrimonial matters, as well as, expert witness testimony.

Prior to co-founding Wilkin & Guttenplan, Ed was a partner with a regional CPA firm.
