Biographical Information:
Gary Rosen, a shareholder of Wilkin & Guttenplan, P.C., since 1988 specializes in servicing hundreds of CIRAs and other real estate clients. Gary's client base also includes closely held businesses and emerging growth companies.
Gary has extensive experience in both litigation support and forensic accounting. He has been engaged in matters concerning business valuations, bankruptcy, contractual disputes and other areas of investigative accounting. Gary has appeared as an expert witness in numerous litigation matters concerning bankruptcies, agreed upon procedures reports, cash collateral orders, lost profit analyses, Sponsor obligations in Common Interest Realty Associations, product liability, matrimonial matters and criminal investigations. In addition, he has written numerous articles and lectured both locally and nationally on accounting matters and internal controls.
Prior to joining the firm, Gary worked for an international accounting
firm.
