Biographical Information:
Jules C. Frankel, a shareholder of Wilkin & Guttenplan, P.C. since 1990, has extensive experience with family and closely-held businesses including "S" and "C" corporations, partnerships, limited liability entities, fiduciary accounting and regulatory agencies. Jules services more than 200 real estate entities such as CIRAs, developers, HUD projects, assisted living facilities, and owners of residential housing.
Jules has extensive litigation support experience in the areas of family dispute resolution, lost income analysis and CIRA transition matters. This experience includes both the preparation of reports, as well as, expert testimony. Jules coordinates the recruitment of professional staff and edits the Community Property Advisor, the firm's quarterly CIRA newsletter. Prior to joining the firm, Jules worked in private industry, as well as, for an international accounting firm.
