With 20 years of public accounting expertise, Laura Crowley, a manager at Wilkin & Guttenplan, P.C., specializes in providing audit, accounting and tax services to closely-held business, not-for-profit organizations and employee benefit plans.

In the employee benefits arena, Laura has over 15 years of experience in providing audit and consulting services to defined contribution, defined benefit and health and welfare plans. This includes plans requiring an audit for the first time, plans terminating, and plans transitioning to new service providers. Laura understands the technical audit and compliance requirements unique to benefit plans, and is the manager in charge of the firm’s employee benefit plan practice group.

Her closely-held business clients include US-based wholly-owned subsidiaries of foreign companies, and companies in the manufacturing, wholesale/distribution and professional service industries. Her not-for-profit expertise focuses on providing Single Audits in compliance with OMB Circular A-133 and Government Auditing Standards.
