Willkin & Guttenplan's Day of Caring, Building Foundations in the Community

Wilkin & Guttenplan, P.C. (W&G) held a Day of Caring on September 16, 2008 to commemorate the firm's 25th anniversary.  The firm celebrated its commitment to the community by volunteering with the Raritan Valley Habitat for Humanity (RVHFH).

During the course of the day, W&G employees worked on the site of four ranch-style homes RVHFH plans to build in Franklin Township.  They landscaped, sided sheds that will accompany the houses and poured the footings for the first house being built.

"For the past 25 years, we've been helping clients create a solid foundation for their businesses," said Debbie Norwicke, Principal. "To be able to literally provide the foundation for a local family's home has been an amazing experience."

Adds Ed Guttenplan, Managing Shareholder, "We're pleased to have this opportunity to give back to the community that has supported our firm's growth during the last 25 years."
