Biographical Information:
Jimmy Montgomery, a Manager at WilkinGuttenplan, specializes in assisting businesses identify, analyze, and plan strategic transactions for both the sell-side and buy-side. Jimmy also has expertise in providing tax planning and consulting as well as tax compliance for commercial, residential properties, as well as technology companies.
Prior to beginning work full-time with WilkinGuttenplan, Jimmy interned with the firm while in college.

Education:
