Kerry joined the firm in 2014. She specializes in accounting and assurance services for clients in a variety of industries, as well as litigation support and estate and trust accounting services. Kerry divides her time between the real estate industry and not-for-profit industries.
Kerry assists court-appointed guardians with the preparation of fiduciary accountings and initial inventories for wards, in accordance with applicable court requirements
Kerry works with a variety of real estate developers who own and operate commercial and residential properties. She specializes in compliance audits funded by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), low-income housing tax incentives from the New Jersey Mortgage and Finance Agency (NJHMFA), and entities that enter into Financial Agreements (PILOTs) with municipalities. She assists clients in understanding the various complexities of compliance with these government incentive programs.
