Sefi Silverstein, a Shareholder at WilkinGuttenplan, has been with the firm since 1985. As co-chair of the firm’s real estate practice group, Sefi’s clients include companies with extensive real estate holdings. Sefi has significant expertise in both business and individual taxation. Sefi provides tax planning, consulting and advisory services, tax compliance, and accounting services for businesses and property owners with partnerships, LLCs, and S corporations, as well as individual taxation and estates and trusts.
Sefi is on the Board of the NJ Apartment Association and the Advisory Board of the Rutgers Center for Real Estate.

Being the practice leader of the real estate group, I am most proud of the significant milestones we have achieved in this practice area, and the growth we continue to experience.
What advice would you give to the next generation of CPAs and Advisors?
Listening is an important attribute. Listening well is a form of art.
What motivates you?
Delivering exceptional and proactive client service is my primary motivating factor.
