Wilkin & Guttenplan, P.C. (WilkinGuttenplan) is pleased to announce the addition of a new Partner effective May 1, 2023: June M. Toth, CPA, CFF, CITP, CGMA.

WilkinGuttenplan, a leading mid-sized accounting and advisory firm headquartered in New Jersey, is pleased to announce the addition of June M. Toth as a Principal effective May 1, 2023.

June has over 30 years of experience in strategically advising her clients in a variety of industries including, but not limited to, not-for-profits, professional services, franchises, and wholesalers. She currently serves as the Treasurer of the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants (NJCPA) and was nominated president-elect for the 2023-24 term. And among her many accolades, June was included as one of NJ Biz Power 50 in Accounting in 2020, 2021, and 2022.

Before joining the firm in 2023, June was the managing member of the zbt Certified Public Accounting & Consulting, LLC firm located in Edison. She is a member of the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants (NJCPA) where she served as a member of the PAC Board of Trustees, Peer Review Executive Committee, Strategic Planning Committee, and Committee Operations Committee. June has served in various capacities for several not-for-profit entities including municipal bodies, as well as for charitable organizations. She was a Group and Vice Group Leader of the Business Valuation, Forensic & Litigation Services Interest Group, and is an active participant of the Accounting & Auditing and not-for-profit interest groups.

June earned her Bachelor of Science from Rutgers University, graduating Summa Cum Laude. She continues her education through regular continuing professional education (CPE) and educational seminars.
