Cara has been with the firm since 2013 and specializes in accounting services for clients across a variety of industries, providing audit, review, compilation, and consulting services. She works extensively with clients in the real estate industry, employee benefit plan audits, and closely held businesses.
Cara advises a range of real estate entities, including commercial and residential rental properties, real estate investors, and developers. She has significant experience working with firms that maintain extensive real estate holdings and specializes in audits for entities that enter into Financial Agreements (PILOTs) with municipalities, as well as other industry-related consulting services.
In addition to her client work, Cara is actively involved in the firm’s coaching and mentoring initiatives, supporting the development of emerging professionals and commercial interns. She also participates in the firm’s Next Gen professional development program within the real estate group, contributing to internal training focused on networking and business development skills.
Cara also plays an active role in departmental operations, particularly in coordinating staffing and scheduling to help ensure engagements are appropriately resourced.
