Kaitlin has been with the firm since 2010 and specializes in providing audit, review, and compilation services to condominiums, cooperative corporations, and homeowner associations throughout New Jersey, with a significant focus on financial forecasts for new construction developments.

She has significant experience preparing New Jersey DCA new development financial forecasts and has deep technical expertise in NJ Structural Integrity legislation and its compliance implications for new community associations. She works closely with property managers, engineers, attorneys, and developers to deliver accurate, compliant, and efficiently scoped engagements.

In addition to her client service responsibilities, Kaitlin serves as the firmwide lead of the Professional Growth Academy (PGA), overseeing WilkinGuttenplan’s continuing professional education (CPE) program and professional development initiatives. She is also the designated Training Lead for the firm’s Common Interest Realty Association (CIRA) department, responsible for designing department learning tracks, developing training matrices by staff level, and coordinating onboarding and technical training programs in collaboration with the firm’s Learning & Development team.

Kaitlin is known for her strong client relationships, responsiveness, and commitment to staff development.
