Her focus includes pass-through entities and high-net-worth individual planning, working closely with ownership groups and their advisors to evaluate tax-efficient strategies and investment decisions. Kristin has been with the firm since 2019.
Kristin specializes in real estate tax planning, including depreciation planning, cost segregation studies, Section 1031 exchanges, and interest expense limitation considerations. She also has experience representing clients during federal and state tax examinations.
In addition to her client work, Kristin is actively involved in the firm’s coaching and mentoring program, supporting the development of emerging professionals. She is committed to building trusted client relationships and bringing practical, forward-looking guidance to the real estate community.
