Brian joined WilkinGuttenplan in 1997 through the McDevitt & Company, P.C. merger. He serves a broad range of clients, including family limited partnerships, multi-state consolidated corporations, grantor-type trusts, high-net-worth trusts and estates, non-resident alien individuals, estate and wealth transfer planning, and officers of major corporations.

His federal and state taxation expertise goes beyond compliance, encompassing planning, research, and audits. Significant areas of focus include trusts and estates, real estate entities, and closely held businesses.
