Joseph has been with WilkinGuttenplan since 2002, serving clients in real estate and closely held businesses.

He serves as Homeowners Associations Practice Leader, working with common interest realty associations throughout New York and New Jersey. His work includes audits, compilations, forecasts, and consulting, as well as sponsor transition procedures and project management. For closely held business clients, he provides audit, review, compilation, tax planning, tax compliance, and consulting services.

As a Certified Fraud Examiner, Joseph brings additional depth to complex engagements. His experience spans criminal investigations, embezzlement, misappropriation of assets, and books-and-record reconstruction.

Beyond client work, he contributes to developing the firm’s next generation through training and orientation programs and is well-versed in accounting software for small and mid-sized businesses.

Before WilkinGuttenplan, he worked as a staff accountant at a firm in West Orange, NJ.

If something goes wrong, take responsibility. If something goes OK, share the credit with your team. When something goes great, credit your team for a job well done.
