2026 is the first full year under the One Big Beautiful Bill Act’s (OBBBA) new rules for individuals, and several of them reward acting before December 31. New limits on charitable and itemized deductions, a SALT cap that phases down at higher incomes, and a permanent $15 million estate exemption all change how and when to give, recognize income, and transfer wealth. This session covers the year-end steps that reduce income and estate tax for individuals and the advisors who serve them.
