Lauren serves as Tax Practice Leader, overseeing the strategic direction, operations, and talent development of the firm’s Tax Department, with a focus on process improvement, innovation, and scalable client service delivery.
She provides sophisticated tax consulting, strategic tax planning, and compliance services to a diverse client base, including high-net-worth individuals and their families, family offices, hedge funds, and emerging and established technology businesses.
Lauren has extensive experience advising high-net-worth clients on tax-efficient strategies involving wealth preservation, Section 1202 Qualified Small Business Stock (QSBS), and multi-generational planning. Lauren also guides clients through complex multi-state and international tax matters and advises on tax due diligence related to the acquisition and sale of business interests.
In addition to her client work, Lauren plays an active role in the firm’s leadership and daily department operations, helping drive strategic initiatives that enhance service delivery and team performance. She is deeply committed to mentoring and developing professionals across the firm through coaching, leadership training, and onboarding initiatives. Lauren also serves as Co-Chair of Rider University’s Accounting Advisory Board, partnering with faculty and industry leaders to help shape curriculum, mentor students, and support the next generation of accounting professionals.
She is also a frequent speaker and CPE instructor for the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants (NJCPA), presenting on federal tax developments, planning strategies, and emerging issues affecting closely held businesses and high-net-worth individuals.
Lauren has been with the firm since 2007. Before joining the firm, Lauren worked at an international CPA firm, where she developed experience serving high-net-worth individuals and complex business structures.

I would be a chef! Being in the kitchen is how I destress.
In the short- term Mexico, with my husband, our four small children, and my brother. As newlyweds, we traveled frequently and now 10 years later, we are excited to enjoy the world as a family!
