What motivates you?

I’m a competitive person by nature, so success itself motivates me. But more deeply, I find enjoyment in helping people be successful and making those personal connections.

What is your favorite part of the culture at WG?

Everyone at WG cares about each other as individuals, professionals, and friends. We are truly a family.

What excites you most about the future of your industry?

I think we are moving more and more towards a technological transformation that will enable us as tax advisors to do more and have better insights for our clients.

If you weren’t an accountant/consultant, what would you be?

Normally I would have said a soccer coach/trainer, but I truly believe that in a second life, I’d be a barber or a hairstylist.
