On December 27, 2020, President Trump signed the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2021 (CAA) into law.  The CAA contains a number of tax provisions and extenders that impact individuals and businesses.  It also extends and expands the Employee Retention Credit and makes it available for PPP loan recipients.
