The New Form 5471: A Guide to the Changes

The 2017 Tax Cut and Jobs Act made the most sweeping changes in US international taxation since the 1960s. Many of these changes appeared in the Dec. 2018 version of IRS Form 5471. Please join us for this complimentary educational seminar which will go through the new Form 5471 on a page by page basis. In addition, to the form, topics to be addressed include:
