Michael is the New York Condominiums & Cooperatives Practice Leader and has over 35 years of experience representing housing co-ops and condos, residential and commercial properties, various other real estate entities, and closely held businesses. He’s advised co-ops and condos across all areas, including audit, tax, internal controls, accounting systems, annual and long-term budgeting, and the accumulation and investment of reserves. He has frequently lectured and been quoted in numerous articles on co-ops and condos.

Prior to joining WilkinGuttenplan, Michael was an Audit Partner at Kleiman & Weinshank LLP, a New York City CPA firm specializing in housing cooperatives and condominiums.
