Sefi Silverstein, a Shareholder at WilkinGuttenplan, has been with the firm since 1985. Sefi specializes in providing tax, accounting and consulting
services to closely held businesses and individuals and has significant expertise in both business and individual taxation. Sefi is co-chair of the firm’s real estate practice group and has a concentration in clients involved in all aspects of real estate. Sefi’s clients include firms with extensive real estate holdings, which often results in planning and consulting both on the entity level and individual level, estate and trust planning, business
valuations, family office services, etc.
Sefi is on the Board of the NJ Apartment Association as well as on the Advisory Board of the Rutgers Center for Real Estate.

Being the practice leader of the real estate group, I am most proud of the significant milestones we have achieved in this practice area, and the growth we continue to experience.
What advice would you give to the next generation of CPAs and Advisors?
Listening is an important attribute. Listening well is a form of art.
What motivates you?
Delivering exceptional and proactive client service is my primary motivating factor.
